highFuel injector failure

Look for: VM Motori injectors fail around 70-100k. Hard starts, smoke, rough running.

If you find it: Injector set replacement.

From 70-100k km · ~$2500-4000 set

highTorque converter shudder

Look for: Aisin AW6 lockup clutch shudder. Transmission overheating when towing.

If you find it: External trans cooler. Fresh fluid every 50-60k.

From 100k+ km · ~$2500-4500

mediumHolden parts supply post-2020 exit

Look for: Holden formally exited the Australian market in 2020. Genuine parts now sourced through GM Specialty Vehicles / aftermarket / grey channels. Mechanically most parts are available (the Colorado RG shared little with other Holdens), but body trim, electronics and dealer-network items can be slow.

If you find it: Before buying, confirm parts availability for any unique trim items. Mechanical specialists familiar with VM Motori (Iveco-related) can handle most service work.
