Look for: Rear lower control arm bushes wear causing clunk and vague rear-end.

If you find it: Polyurethane bush kit (Whiteline, Pedders).

lowBoot lock actuator failure

Look for: Boot lock motor fails with age.

If you find it: Aftermarket actuator. Easy DIY.

lowWindow regulator failure

Look for: Plastic regulator clips break causing window to drop.

If you find it: Replacement regulator. Door card off.

lowClimate control LCD pixel failure

Look for: Climate control LCD develops dead segments.

If you find it: Aftermarket ribbon cable kit or refurbished unit.

lowDashboard cracking

Look for: Dashboard top develops fine cracks on examples in harsh sun.

If you find it: Dash mat covers it. Full replacement not economical.

lowRear main seal weep

Look for: Rear main seal can weep oil over time.

If you find it: Reseal during clutch or torque converter service to save labour.
