Look for: The Drivetrain Systems International (DSI) 6-speed auto fitted to both D20DT and D20DTR variants is highly prone to shift flaring, harsh engagement, and total loss of drive. Premature valve body wear and software calibration issues drive most failures. THE main reason an Actyon Sports is cheap on the used market.

If you find it: Full transmission rebuild or replacement with updated valve body and revised software map. Inspect transmission service history before purchase - non-negotiable.

Look for: Copper sealing washers at the injector base leak combustion gases over time, building hard carbon ('black death') around the injector body and fusing it to the head. Removal often requires specialist hydraulic pullers or risks head damage.

If you find it: Diesel specialist work - pull injectors with proper tools, machine and clean injector seats, fit new injectors with revised heavy-duty seals.
