lowFront suspension / steering wear

Look for: Control-arm bushes, ball joints and (on T6.1) electric steering components wear with hard fleet/load use, giving knocks and vague steering.

If you find it: Replace worn bushes/joints; align. Standard heavy-van front-end maintenance.

Look for: Parking sensors, cameras, infotainment glitches and assorted body-electrical niggles appear on higher-km examples.

If you find it: Diagnose with VCDS/dealer scan; replace faulty sensors/modules; software updates.

lowSliding door / latch and seal wear (high-use vans)

Look for: Heavily used commercial vans wear sliding-door rollers, latches and seals, causing rattles, misalignment and wind/water leaks.

If you find it: Service rollers and latches, realign door, renew seals.
